StudioCentre - Norristown, PA
The StudioCentre project is the revitalization of a 25 acre parcel in Norristown, PA that has been underutilized for a number of years since the departure of the original anchor tenant, Sears. As Owner's Representative, Thornbrook Management Co. is assisting the developer in redeveloping a portion of the property with newly constructed state-of-the-art film studio soundstage facilities, rehabilitation of the existing parking garage, as well as the addition of approximately 500 spaces to that garage, the substantial rehabilitation of the existing vacant “Sears” building to provide office and backstage support for the studio, LEED certified Silver rated office space, a newly constructed fresh food supermarket, and additional retail space located adjacent to the supermarket.
330 Fellowship Road - Mt. Laurel, NJ
A LEED Gold certified and BOMA award winning project in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey 330 Fellowship Road sits on the former site of the original NFL Films building. The building sits in an office park encompassing a 20+ acre tract of land known as Liberty Walk. The building includes amenities such as walking trails, wirelss internet, a cascading waterfall, natural detention basins, a sculpture made from the original NFL Films structure and much more.
777 Township Line Road - Newtown, PA
A LEED Silver certified building, 777 Township Line Road is a brick and metal panel design with floor plates of 26,500 SF. Amenities include natural bamboo plantings, an art wall made from recycled materials, natural detention ponds and a through lobby access design.
350 Fellowship Road - Mt. Laurel, New Jersey
As the before and after pictures below indicate, the 56,000 square foot 350 Fellowship Rd. was the renovation of an old, dilapidated flex office building that was transformed into the current North American headquarters for Teknion, LLC.
800 Arlington Boulevard - Bridgeport, New Jersey
This project was a 250,000 square foot expansion to an existing warehouse/distribution facility. The project included T-5 lighting, 30,000 and 45,000 lb dock levelers, manual dock doors, a 60' speed load bay and 50' interior bays.
