Corr.  Thornbrook actively acquires, develops, constructs, repositions and renovates institutional-quality office and industrial properties throughout North America and asset manages these properties throughout their intended investment cycle.  Additionally, Thornbrook has the ability to attract low cost capital and identify well located real estate opportunities for clients in emerging growth real estate markets across the country.

Christopher A. Corr, President

Christopher Corr began his career in real estate development with one of Philadelphia’s largest builders and developers, assuming various roles in estimating, project engineering and project management.  Subsequent to this, Mr. Corr has held senior management positions at two of the country’s largest real estate investment trusts and has developed over 4 million square feet of office and industrial real estate with an estimated value of over $500 million throughout the mid-Atlantic and southern United States.  Mr. Corr is a graduate of Villanova University.
