Thornbrook Development Company actively manages and pursues the required jurisdictional approvals for all pre-construction projects. Through our development company, we are able to offer full service real estate management solutions to our clients including: assembling selected consultants into "Jurisdictional Approval Team (JAT); establishing and attending regularly scheduled team meetings; tasking, guiding & coordinating efforts of JAT; guiding prelimianry planning & design; monitoring & updating project budget; monitoring & updating project schedule; monitoring submittal to all jurisdictional authorities; attending township approval meetings as required.

Through our construction management division, Thornbrook Management, we are able to coordinate all stages of each project from the pre-design phase through construction and delivery with specific attention paid to the design build functionality of the project. We form alliances with investors, architects, engineers, and specialized trades people, and we have an excellent base of subcontractors with which we work.
